Milan Kljajic is Senior Engineering Assistant at the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP). In addition, he is UNFICYP’s environmental focal point as well as chairman of the Environmental Committee, and guides the greening of UNFICYP, including its transition to Renewable Energy. Prior to UNFICYP, Mr. Kljajic worked for the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) where he was involved in supervising the construction of MINUSTAH camps. Before his UN career, Mr. Kljajic gained significant experience in the electrical engineering sector in Croatia. Mr. Kljajic holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of “Union-Nikola Tesla”, Belgrade, Serbia.
